  • Common Caliper Compatibility (Z839 Standard): Fits various 2-piston mechanical and hydraulic disc brake calipers equipped with a top-handle retaining pin design, including standard JAK-5, JAK-7, YINGING, Winzip, B777, and select ZOOM compact calipers.

  • Electric Scooter Models: Ideal replacement pads for popular e-scooters including Kukirin G2 Pro, KUGOO M4, KUGOO M4 Pro, Kukirin Mini 2, Speedway 4, and Zero 8 / Zero 9 (select mechanical brake configurations).

Key Features & Specifications

  • Semi-Metallic / Sintered Compound: Blends durable friction particles to prevent brake fade on steep descents while protecting rotors from excessive wear.

  • Safety Certified: Certified to TÜV Rheinland quality and safety standards for all-weather riding.

  • Thermal Management: Top-extension design assists in drawing heat away from the pad body to maintain crisp lever feel during extended braking.

  • Package Includes: 1x Pair (2 pads) of ESLNF Z839 brake pads and 1x heavy-duty stainless steel retaining spring.

Installation & Safety Instructions

  1. Remove the wheel for clear access to the caliper body.

  2. Remove the retaining cotter pin, retract the pistons, and pull out the old worn pads using the top tab handle.

  3. Clean the brake caliper and rotor with a dedicated disc brake cleaner before fitting the new pads; avoid touching the friction material with fingers.

  4. Slide in the new Z839 pads along with the retaining spring, re-insert the pin, and check for smooth wheel rotation.

  5. Safety Check: Test brake lever actuation prior to riding. If you are not qualified, pads must be fitted by a professional cycle mechanic.
