Safety Certified: Certified to TÜV Rheinland quality and safety standards for all-weather riding.
-
Thermal Management: Top-extension design assists in drawing heat away from the pad body to maintain crisp lever feel during extended braking.

Installation & Safety Instructions
-
Remove the wheel for clear access to the caliper body.
-
Remove the retaining cotter pin, retract the pistons, and pull out the old worn pads using the top tab handle.
-
Clean the brake caliper and rotor with a dedicated disc brake cleaner before fitting the new pads; avoid touching the friction material with fingers.
-
Slide in the new Z839 pads along with the retaining spring, re-insert the pin, and check for smooth wheel rotation.
-
Safety Check: Test brake lever actuation prior to riding. If you are not qualified, pads must be fitted by a professional cycle mechanic.
