Installation & Fitting Guidance

  1. Remove the wheel for clear access to the caliper body.

  2. Remove the securing pin/screw, spread the pistons back, and extract old worn pads.

  3. Clean the brake caliper and rotor thoroughly with a dedicated disc brake cleaner before installing new pads; avoid touching friction surfaces with bare fingers.

  4. Insert the new TP-04B pads with the spring, secure the pin, and verify free wheel rotation.

  5. Note: Friction performance may feel slightly reduced during the initial bed-in period of the first few rides.
